Another wildfire starts in N.J. overnight. Windy day ahead.

A third brush fire in less than 24 hours broke out Thursday night in New Jersey — this one in Rockaway Township, fire officials said.
The multi-acre wildfire is burning in the area of Notch Road near the Craigmeur Recreation Complex and is 0% contained as 7 a.m., the state forest fire service said.
No roads are closed and no buildings are threatened. Firefighters are on the scene.
A red flag warning is in effect on Friday for Sussex, Warren, Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex and Mercer counties, the National Weather Service said Friday morning. Winds of 10 to 15 mph are expected to gusts up to 30 mph.
There is also a 100-acre wildfire burning in Downe Township in Cumberland County and another wildfire in Pennsauken, Camden County has forced the suspension of NJ Transit’s Atlantic City train line.
Roughly the northern half of New Jersey is experiencing moderate drought conditions with a severe drought persisting in the southern half of the state, the U.S Drought Monitor. There has been no substantial rain in the state in more than a month.
Though there is a slight chance of rain Friday morning, no measurable precipitation is in the forecast for the upcoming weekend, the weather service said.
